Line a basket or deep dish pizza pan with a red checked napkin. Add:
Jar of pizza sauce
Dry dough mix
Packages of pepperoni and cheeses
Fresh veggies, onions, mushrooms, peppers
Pizza cutter
Recipe card for favorite pizza
Dough mix
11 1/4 c. flour divided
3 pkgs dry yeast
3 t. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
Add the following to 3 plastic zipping bags 3 3/4 c. flour, 1 pkg dry yeast, 1 t. sugar, 1/2 t. salt. Combine well.
Recipe for homemade dough.
To bag of dough mix add 1 1/2 c. very warm water, 2 T. oil. Stir well til dough forms. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes. Cover and rest 10 minutes. Divide dough in and place in 2 lightly oiled pizza pans and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with sauce and toppings. Cook 10 more minutes in a 425 degree oven.
