Rotelle Cheese Dip
From: Scubamare,TN
Recipe on can of Rotel

1 can diced, Rotel
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Brown Ground beef, drain. Add Velveeta and Rotel. Mix until melted. Can be microwaved to melt and mix. Serve with Tortilla chips.
