Recipe: Oriental Chicken Wings (baked , 1980's)

Appetizers and Snacks
ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS

3-5 lbs chicken wings, split
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Place chicken in baking dish.

Mix rest of ingredients in small bowl. Pour mixture over chicken.

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender. Turn chicken at 3/4 of an hour.
