Knorr Spinach Dip
From: Scubamare,TN
From box of knorr vegetable soup mix

2 (10 oz.) pkg frozen spinach
1 pkg vegetable soup mix
2 c sour cream
1 c mayo
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped)
3 chopped green onions

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayo until blended. Add spinach, water chestnuts and onion. Chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Good with Hawaiian bread or Wheat Thins.
