Trailblazing Texas Peanuts

1 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
3 1/2 c. cocktail peanuts (1 lb)

Combine spice ingredients, mix well and set aside. Place peanuts in a microwavable safe dish. Microwave 6 minutes, stirring every two minutes. Sprinkle spice mixture over and stir till well coated. For additional flavor, drizzle 1 T. peanut oil over peanuts.
