Recipe: 3-Cheese Artichoke Dip

3-Cheese Artichoke Dip

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
1 c mayo
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chopped parsley
i like to use 3-4 splashes of hot sauce

Mix all of the above ingredients. Bake in shallow pan at 350F for 25 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or chips. I like with Wheat Thins or Ritz.
