Spinach Balls

Just written on scratch paper
Makes 11 dozen
2 (10 oz.) pkg frozen chopped spinach
3 cups herbed seasoned stuffing mix
1 large onion, chopped
6 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp thyme
Cook spinach according to package, drain well & squeeze out extra moisture. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients, mixing well. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes. Can be frozen before baking.
