Recipe: Dried Beef Cheese Ball
Appetizers and Snacks Dried Beef Cheese Ball
From: Scubamare,TN
Susie, in Kitchenlink Chat Room, asked for a chipped beef cheese ball, know I have had one, but couldn't find, so I made this up. 12/01
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayo
1 pkg chopped, dried beef
1/4 cup chopped, green olives
3 chopped, green onions
1 tsp hot sauce (or to taste)
Mix all ingredients together. Form ball with mixture, wrap with Saran wrap and let set in fridge for at least 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
