Appetizers and Snacks Hot Mexican Dip

From Angel, a friend of Marie Cochran, mid to late 1990's
1 lb beef
1-2 cans refried beans
1 can green chilies
salsa to texture
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Put more grated cheese on top. Bake at 350F till hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
