Recipe: Blue Cheese Ball

Blue Cheese Ball

From Barbara Schulze. 11/25/93

2 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 (8 oz) blue cheese
2 tbsp pimento, chopped
2 tbsp chopped olives or green peppers

Bring cheeses to room temperature. Mix cheeses together with rest of ingredients. Roll in chopped, toasted walnuts. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
