Almond Cheese Logs

From Aunt Mary Esselstyn, 4/18/77

1 (3 0z.) pkg cream cheese
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
1 cup almonds, finely chopped (can be omitted)
1 pimento
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire
1 tsp grated onion
dash cayenne pepper
dash paprika
more almonds

Put 1st 4 ingredients thru fine blade food chopper. Add lemon juice and next 4 ingredients, mix well. Shape into 2 rolls, each about 7 inches long. Roll in Paprika, then more almonds.
